Clark’s Educational Psychometrics (CEP) is an independent contracting company who employs school psychologists to provide psycho-educational services for students in grades Pre-K-12th, and postsecondary students ages 18-23. Services are provided virtual/remotely as well as face to face. Clark’s Educational Psychometrics is currently certified and provide services in the states of; Alabama, Florida, Oregon, Virginia, and Washington State. CEP currently provides therapeutic sessions for students with emotional, social, and behavior needs. CEP, also provides cognitive (IQ), academic, behavior, and personality assessments and tests (Psycho-Educational Assessments), interpretation and report writing, assisting in developing behavior intervention plans and individualized educational plans, and consulting services in regards to special education services and mental health services.

Mission: To provide exceptional educational services addressing the specific and unique cognitive, emotional, social, and behavior needs of students in grades Pre-K-12th, and postsecondary students ages 18-23, through assessing, diagnosing, and implementing specific individualized educational and therapeutic planes; therefore allowing students to obtain an effective appropriate education equipped with life essential tools promoting academic and mental health excellence within the communities.

Vision: To establish community centers as safe havens in low socio-economic communities, allowing students to obtain educational, therapeutically, and extra-curricular services addressing each child’s/students’ specific needs and/or extra- curricular activities; thereby having a positive impact on students’ academic and mental health growth.
